Our Team

Jeff Galvin, General Contractor :: When Jeff isn't working on remodeling something, he likes to spend time with his wife Keri, and two-year old daughter Emily, at their home in Powell, Ohio. Jeff lives, breathes, (and would eat if he could) FOOTBALL. His favorite time of the year is football season, during which he has been known to sit in his basement all Sunday where he can watch four games at once. Jeff is the President of the Dublin Football League, where he has been coaching junior league football for 11 years.

J.R. Galvin, General Contractor :: J.R.'s life outside of The Roof Doctors is busy! He lives in Lewis Center, Ohio with his son Adam (10), daughter Holly (8), wife Beth, and their two labs. J.R.'s kids are VERY active, and J.R. coaches almost every sport in which they participate. He has coached soccer, football, basketball, and is currently coaching lacrosse. When he's not coaching his kid's sports, he is taking them to do things like snow tubing (weather permitting), ice-skating, swimming, and any other fun activity he can think of.

Bill Laudermilch, General Contractor :: Bill lives in Powell, Ohio, in one of the craziest houses around. With his wife, Jill, four kids--Billy (18), Ashley (7), Joey (6), Kelly (3)--a dog, and two cats, Bill rarely gets a moment to breathe. He loves to cook, and prepares some of the most delicious seafood meals learned during his childhood, where he always lived near an ocean. One of Bill's favorite times of the week is when he and his three younger kids sit in bed to watch Saturday morning cartoons.

John Uhlman, General Contractor :: John lives in Worthington, Ohio with his wife Jodie, kids Brandie (23), Austin (8), Chloe (5), and his many pets--three dogs and two cats. John is so fond of his work, that he constantly takes it home with him. Always remodeling something, John's skill and love of home improvement shows in the many projects he has done on the job, and at home. When he does stop building and remodeling, he loves to read a good book to relax.

Jill Laudermilch, Administrative Assistant :: Jill is married to Bill, and lives in that same crazy four-kid, multi-pet home mentioned earlier. Being a self-described talkaholic (or maybe that is just how her family describes her), Jill's job of answering The Roof Doctors phones, is a match made in heaven. She recently got a Blue-Tooth®, which makes her habit of talking with her hands easier to stick with. Jill's favorite thing to do is sit in her back yard when the weather is nice while her kids play.
