1. Are you insured?

Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured.

2. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

3. Do you charge for estimates?

No! Estimates are always FREE.

4. What should we do as homeowners, to prepare for our roof installation?

• Remove all breakables (such as china) from your walls.
• Remove all vehicles from your driveway, to avoid any damage from falling debris, and to allow The Roof Doctors to get their tools and trucks on the driveway.
• If you do not have outside electrical outlets, please plug an extension cord into an outlet in your garage, and leave it under the door so the work crew has power.
• Please bring all animals inside.
• Keep Children away from the perimeter of the house until The Roof Doctors have completed the roof installation AND cleaned up all nails and debris.
• Cover or remove any valuables from your attic (in most cases there is very little debris falling into the attic, but better safe than sorry).
• Place buckets over any flowers (in most cases there is very little debris falling into the flower beds, but again, better safe than sorry).
• Verify your shingle type and color with The Roof Doctors before the roof replacement begins.
• Sit back, and Relax--The Roof Doctors will take care of the rest!
